Activity Waiver and Release This Agreement is between the Participant and For Fun's Sake Limited. By purchasing and/or being involved in any of our services, you agree to and understand the information below, , In order to participate in any of our activities you must not under the influence of Alcohol or Drugs. For Fun's Sake Limited reserves the right to refuse entry to the shooting range and involvement in any activity.
In respect of persons under 16 years a counter signature by the parent or guardian is mandatory and require supervision.
IN CONSIDERATION OF the covenants and agreements contained in this Agreement and other good valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties to this Agreement as follows:
Consideration

To participate in the activities provided by For Fun’s Sake Limited, the Participant releases and forever discharges the Activity Provider, it’s owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, legal representatives and successors from all manner of actions, causes of action, debts, accounts, bonds, contracts, claims and demands for or by reason of any injury to person or property, including injury resulting in death of the Participant, which has been or may be sustained as a consequence of the Participants' participation in the activities provided by For Fun’s Sake Limited, and not withstanding that such damage, loss or injury may have been caused solely or partly by the negligence of the Activity Provider.
2. The Participant understands that the Participant would not be permitted to participate inthe activities provided unless the Participant agrees this Agreement.
Details of Activity
3. The Participant will participate in the following activities: Leisure activities provided by For Fun’s Sake Limited.
Concurrent Release
4. The Participant acknowledges that this Agreement is given with the express intention of Effecting the extinguishment of certain obligations owed to the Participant and with the Intention of binding the Participant’s spouse, heirs, executors, administrators and legal Representatives and assigns.
Fitness to Participate
5. The Participant acknowledges that the Participant does not have any physical limitations,Medical ailments, physical or mental disabilities that would limit or prevent the Participant from participating in any of the activities provided by For Fun’s Sake Limited.
Full and Final Settlement
6. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Participant has carefully read this
Agreement, that the Participant fully understands the same, and that the Participant
Is freely and voluntarily executing the same.
7. The Participant understands that by purchasing and/or taking part in activities provided by For Fun's Sake, the Participant agrees to be
Forever prevented from suing or other wise claiming against the Activity provider for any Property loss or personal injury that the Participant may sustain while participating in or Preparing for any activity provided by For Fun’s Sake Limited.
8. The Participant has the opportunity to seek independent Legal advice prior to taking part in activities provided by For Fun's Sake.
9. The Agreement contains the entire Agreement between the parties to this Agreement and The terms of this Agreement are contractual and not mere recital.
Governing Law
10. This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Country of England.
SAFETY BRIEF
Blazepod Podding
This can be an intense physical activity that may lead to body contact with fellow players and/or walls and ceilings.
Airsoft
Weapons to be pointed in safe direction at all times ( towards the floor, in the air or down range. Please DO NOT point weapons at people.
Safety catches to be applied when not shooting.
Face, eye and limb protection to be worn during shooting activities and spectating. This will be provided.
Non shooters to stand behind the firing line.
Only shoot at designated targets and not people.
Lasers to be pointed in safe direction at all times ( towards the floor, in the air or down range. Please DO NOT point lasers at people.
You may experience gas blowback from the weapons. It will feel cold but has no harmful effects.
Due to the targets, BBs may ricochet and impact anywhere on your body.
The BBs are one use only.
Follow instruction at all times as the weapons have moving parts.
These activities are dangerous and can result in death and or injury,
You accept the risks involved and are responsible for their own actions and or involvement
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT PARTICIPATING IN ALL OF OUR ACTIVITIES REQUIRES SOME PHYSICAL INVOLVEMENT WHICH MAY RESULT IN BUMPS, BRUISES, ACHING FACES AND WET PANTS.😁
